SCOPE The material defined is a warp knit polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1163-A2/A4

3、contains 27% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for C346 2015MY seat insert. The fabric was originally approved plate embossed on trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim

REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Ma

5、terials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content ) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WSS- M1H1163-A1/A3 - This specification is based on virgin materials. 3.1.2 WRS-M1H1163-A2/A4 - This spec

6、ification must contain 27% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.3 WSS/WRS-M1H1163-A3/A4 - These specifications have an anti-soiling treatment. 3.1.4 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet a

Contact for questions concerning Engineering Material Specifications. 4.1 Purchase departments will ensure that the material defined in this specification and shipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier

11、only. 4.2 If yarn is locally sourced it must meet the above fabric construction, composition and yarn construction. The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4). Fabric must be reviewed by Design and approved to the original master 4.3 Global strategy for this fabric is to use tri-laminate/foam & scrim construction in all regions .
