2、6-A1 34% PIR/PCR UNLAMINATED NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven Jacquard face fabric. The fabric is made with 34% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post-consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material us

3、ed as an interior trim fabric for S-Max and Galaxy as seat inserts. The fabric was approved as backcoated and trilaminated. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Mater

4、ials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 34% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of th

5、e material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 800 ends/10 cm Weft 270 picks/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabr

The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4.
