2、6-A22 34% RECYCLED PIR/PCR CONTENT NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven Jacquard face fabric. The fabric is made with 34% PIR/PCR (post industrial/post-consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for mater

3、ial used as an interior trim fabric for S-Max and Galaxy as seat inserts. The fabric was approved as backcoated and trilaminated. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production

4、 Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 34% minimum recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining

5、 portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements WSS-M8P18-B1/B2/B3/B4 as applicable. 3.1.3 Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/latest, Perform

10、specification and shipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier only. 4.2 Global strategy to use Tri-Laminate construction in all regions. 4.3 If yarn is locally sourced it must meet the above fabric construction, composition and Yarn construction. The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-B1/B2/B3/B4.
