2、M1H1169-A1 40% PIR/PCR UNLAMINATED NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven Jacquard face fabric. The fabric is made with 40% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post-consumer) recycled yarn. . 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for mat

3、erial used as an interior trim fabric for S-Max as seat insert bolster. The fabric was approved as backcoated and trilaminated. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production M

4、aterials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 This specification must contain 40% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion o

5、f the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 864 ends/10 cm Weft 280 picks/10 cm 3.2.2

The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4.
