SCOPE The material defin
2、ed is a warp knit polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1195-A20 contains 25% minimum PIR/PCR (post industrial/postconsumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for CD 391 2016 MY seat bolster. The fabri
3、c was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.1.1 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.2 This specif
4、ication must contain 25% minimum recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.3 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-B1/B2/B3/B4 as applicable. 3.1.4 Materials used
5、in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/latest, Performance, Vehicle Interior Environmental Quality Material/Component Requirements.
