2、FABRIC, OMNI 100 PATTERN, WOVEN WRS-M1H1230-A 100% PIR/PCR UNLAMINATED NOT TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven dobby polyester face fabric. The fabric is made with 100% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This spe

3、cification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for CD391 2013 seat bolster and/or insert for NA production. The fabric was approved as backcoated and trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition, to the requirements listed herein, the

4、fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A4 as applicable. The fabric must be backcoated. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 Recycled Co

5、ntent This specification must contain 100% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content). 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 909 ends/10 cm Weft 283 picks/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +/-10 % tolerance

The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4.
