SCOPE The material define

2、d by this specification is a circular knit face fabric. The fabric is made with 37% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for 2013 CD391 seat insert, as a global fabric. The fabric

3、 is a circular knit fabric and must be used as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition, to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A4 as applicable. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material supplie

4、rs and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 Recycled Content This specification must contain 37% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content). The remaining portion o

5、f the material can come from virgin sources. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3887) Wales 102 wales/10 cm Courses 142 courses/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +/- 10 % tolerances (FLTM BN 106-01) Face fabric 420 g/m2 3.3 COMPOSITION (ASTM D 629) Tolerance as specified

The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4.
