SCOPE The material

2、defined by this specification is a warp knit polyester face fabric, laminated with foam and scrim and roller embossed with Carbonite pattern. The fabric is made with 18% PIR (post industrial) recycled yarn 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior tri

3、m fabric for P415 FX4 2013 seat insert. The fabric was originally approved as Tri-laminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR

4、PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 Recycled Content This specification must contain 18% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recyc

5、led Content). The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +10 % tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Wales 102 / 10 cm Courses 90 / 10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +10 % tolerance 350 g/m2 (FLTM BN 106-01) 3.3 COMPOSITION (ASTM D 629) Fabric 100% pol
