2、CE 1. SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are flat felt, needled, nonwoven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. The carpet face is made with 80% minimum recycled (PIR/PCR) face fiber with a bi component backing of various stiffness which is not back coated. This material
3、has a heathered gray coloration and is not a solid color, color match. 2. APPLICATION The specification was released originally for trunk deck sides and deck lid applications. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the
4、 Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item floor carpet shall be tested to WSS-M15P32-D and any additional SDS requirements. The details for each of the suppliers specific construction shall be document
5、ed in the supplement attached and added to the scanned data package. 3.1.2 Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/ latest. Test data to be provided by the Tier 1
6、at the appropriate program milestone. 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Des
