The carpet face is made with 100% post consumer / post industrial fiber. 2. APPLICATION This specificatio
3、n was released originally for floor carpet applications on B and C car platforms as part of the GCBP strategy. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99
4、P1111-A). 3.1.1 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item floor carpet shall be tested to WSS-M8P16-B and any additional SDS requirements. The details for each of the supplier specific construction shall be documented in the supplement attached and maintained in the scanned data pa
5、ckage. 3.1.2 Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1/ latest. Data must be provided by the Tier 1 at the appropriate program milestone. 3.1.3 Recycled Content This
6、 specification must contain 100% recycled content as defined by WRS- M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content).
