SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are either inherently lubricated or non-lubricated silicone elastomers. 2. APPLICATION This
3、 specification was released originally for materials used for molded electrical connector seals when exposed to environmental temperatures of -65 to +200 C. It is not recommended for interior applications and brake fluid environments. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIAL
4、S Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MATERIAL TESTING 3.4.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Whenever possible, all test specimens shall be die-cut from the finished parts. When not feasible, specimens
5、cut from molded test sheets manufactured from the same material and with equivalent cure to molded parts are recommended.
