SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a vinyl coated fabric reinforcement material consisting of polyvinyl chloride coating laminated to a dyed water repellent backing fabric. 2. APPLICAT
3、ION This specification was originally released for material used as a reinforcement for convertible tops. Any other applications must be approved by the responsible Materials Engineering or Design Engineering Activity. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shal
4、l meet all requirements of the WSB-M8P3-C, PERFORMANCE, FLEXIBLE POLYMERIC FILM, INTERIOR QUALITY material performance specification. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (

17、 when tested as described below. Test Method: Place a 100 x 100 mm test specimen, coating side up, in a mechanical convection oven maintained at 120 +/- 2 C for a period of 30 minutes. Remove and allow the specimen to cool to 23 +/- 2 C. Visually examine for evidence of coating flow and change in lu
