SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are polyvinyl chloride or polyvinyl chloride copolymer unsupported films. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released for material used as the visible cover material in
3、 a formed fiberglass headliner assembly using polyether polyurethane foam. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSB-M8P3-C performance specification. In addition, when the material is used in a unitized headliner assembly, or
4、 bonded to any substrate, it shall also meet the requirements of WSD-M15P27-C, when tested as an assembly. Any other applications of this material would require prior approval of Materials Engineering. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conf

The laminate shall also be compatible with the binding resins used in approved foundation boards. The
8、peel adhesion strength of a bond shall be as specified in the assembly specification or as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.8 FLEXIBILITY AFTER AGING When the test specimens exposed to heat age or fade tests of WSBM8P3-C are folded 180 upon themselves (embossed side out), they shall not crack
