SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a two side pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive film coated on both sides of a polyester carrier protected with a release liner on one side. 2. APPLICATION This specification was relea
3、sed originally for material used to tack bond netting to webbing prior to sewing for cargo net applications. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1

Peel of
7、f the backing liner from the tape. Fold the webbing on top of the pressure sensitive tape to form a webbing/tape composite. Test specimens with applied pressure sensitive tape shall be conditioned for 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C and 50% relative humidity prior to exposure. 3.11 RESISTANCE PROPERTIES After ea
8、ch of the resistance properties exposures, the webbing/tape material shall not stain, exhibit bleed through of adhesive, or show color change caused by the adhesive. 3.11.1 Resistance to Fade Staining (SAE J1885) Xenon Arc Exposure No adhesive stain (488.8 kJ/m2) 3.11.2 Resistance to Heat Staining No adhesive stain (7 days at 100 +/- 2 C) 3.11.3 Fluorescent Sunlamp Staining No adhesive stain (200 h) 3.12 ODOR No objectionable or irritating odors, both at received and after storage.
