SCOPE WSB-M4D908-A1: The material defined by this specification is a thermoplastic molding compound based on acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene (ABS) containing a minimum of 25% post consumer recycled ABS. WSB-M4D908-A2: The material defined by this specification is a higher heat resis

4、tant thermoplastic molding compound based on acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene (ABS) containing a minimum of 25% post consumer recycled ABS. 2. APPLICATION WSB-M4D908-A1: This specification was released originally for material used for a console base. This material is recommended for non-exposed appli

5、cations only. WSB-M4D908-A2: This specification was released originally for material used for painted radiator grilles. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials

6、 (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 All requirements of these specifications, identified by symbol(s), shall be met with data representing 3 sigma values. 3.4 MOLDING COMPOUND A A2 (s) 3.4.1 Melt Flow Rate, g/10 minutes 1.0 - 7.1 3.0 - 10.0 (ISO 1133, 230 C, 3.8 kg, for 75% Virgin +25% PCR) The material shall

7、be dried for 5 h minimum at 100 C in a mechanical convection oven immediately preceding the test. 3.5 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.5.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified all tests shall be carried out on injection molded one-end gated test specimens.
