2、5 IRHD, WSD-M2D401-A4 COMPRESSIVE STRESS RELAXATION RESISTANT 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an Epichlorohydrin Rubber O-Ring with good resistance to long-term Compressive Stress Relaxation. The material is resistant to fuel vapor and has a continuous operating temperature up

3、 to 125 C and peak operating temperature up to 150 C. The material has poor resistance to “Sour Gas” and should not be used where prolonged contact with liquid fuel is likely. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released for material used as Fuel Rail and Resonator O-Ring seals. 3. REQU

4、IREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 MATERIAL TESTING Whenever possible, all test specimens shall be die-cut from the finished parts. When no

5、t feasible, specimens cut from molded test sheets manufactured from the same material and with equivalent cure to molded parts are recommended.
