SCOPE This material specification defines the minimum acceptable performance requirements and physical/chemical properties of an engine oil lubricity additive. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released origin

3、ally for a material to be applied to rocker arms and fulcrums prior to initial engine startup to allow break-in without causing scoring or scuffing of the rocker fulcrums. This additive will adversely affect the anti-oxidant performance of some motor oils. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS F

4、OR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COMPOSITION This material will be composed of an oleic acid at a concentration of 20 30 % by volume in naphthenic base oil. 3.2 VISCOSITY (A
