SCOPE The material defined by this specification consists of two acrylic films of contrasting colors bonded together and backed with a durable pressure sensitive adhesive which is pr
3、otected by a suitable release liner. Graphics are produced by laser beam burning of the thin top layer. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used for date code labels on electronic modules. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material
4、suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE The labels shall be free of streaks, blisters, wrinkles, ragged edges, smeared printing and any other surface imperfections which will make them unsuitable for th

The design and color shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.5 COLOR Top layer Black Base White or as specified on the Engineering drawing 3.6 THICKNESS - Without 80 - 100 micrometer or as Release Paper specified on Engineering drawing (ASTM D 1000) 3.7 PREPARATION OF T
6、EST SPECIMENS Place the label on the test panels (specified in para 5.1) with a 2 kg rubber roller to remove all wrinkles and trapped air bubbles.
