REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 CHEMICAL COMPOSITION, (Weight %) Copper 59.50 - 62.00 Silicon 1.00 - 1.70 Iron 0.50 - 1.00 Mang

4、anese 0.50 - 1.00 Nickel 2.50 - 3.50 Aluminum 3.40 - 4.10 Lead 0.20 - 0.80 Cobalt 0.90 - 1.80 Zinc Remainder 3.3 MECHANICAL PROPERTIES Hardness shall be measured on finished part. Hardness HB 2.5/62.5 200 - 220 3.4 MICROSTRUCTURE The microstructure shall consist of beta-phase (grain size 4 or finer) with evenly disposed spheroidal grains of Co, Si, Fe, Mn intermetallic compound, and a small percentage (less 5%) alpha - phase.
