SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a high density molded, flexible polyurethane foam. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material u
3、sed for in-situ foamed armrests integrated in door and quarter trim panels. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE The foam s
4、hall have a homogeneous medium sized cell structure with no large voids or solid spots which may impair the serviceability of the part. 3.5 TEST SPECIMEN The following material properties shall be determined on specimens taken from the core with surface skin cut off, unless otherwise specified. 5、ase some specimens cannot be prepared from the molded part, substitute test slabs of convenient size shall be used. 10、 of foam facing light source) for 150 h in the Fluorescent Sunlamp Cabinet (equipment as specified in FLTM BO 115-01). Control specimens of vinyl should also be exposed.
