SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a solvent free, methacrylate base activator for accelerating and/or initiating the curing of anaerobic retaining adhesives. 2. A

3、PPLICATION This specification was released originally for material to be used in connection with anaerobic retaining adhesive (e.g. WSK-M2G349-A1, -A4 or -A5, preferably for inactive surfaces). Prior to adhesive application the activator has to be applied to one side of the two parts to be bonded in

4、 a thin film by brush, spray or dip. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 VISCOSITY (ASTM D 1084, METHOD B AT 23 +/- 2 C) Brookfield M

GENERAL INFORMATION The information below is provided for clarification an

7、d assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. 5.1 SHELF LIFE 12 months minimum from date of manufacture when stored in the original unopened container. Maintain in a cool, dry location at a temperature between 18 - 27 C. Do not return material to the original container. 5.2 PROCESS TIME, max 72 h (Application of activator til assembling of parts)
