SCOPE The materials defined by these specificat

3、ions are fluoropolymer alloy films or fluoropolymer alloy films laminated to PVC or polyvinyl fluoride film laminated to polyester and PVC film with or without a heat reactive adhesive and are used for lamination to plastics and metals. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally fo

4、r materials used for exterior decorative applications. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 FILM PROPERTIES 3.4.1 Appearance (FLTM BI

5、109-01) The color and surface finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the engineering drawing. Note: For fluoropolymer alloy films with a heat reactive the heat reactive coating shall be a continuous coating. This coating can be inspected under a UV l

9、use application as specified by the requisite engineering drawing. 3.5.1 Water Resistance (FLTM BI 104-01, 240 h) No blistering, permanent stain, change of color or gloss. 3.5.2 Resistance to Water and Soap Spotting (FLTM BI 113-01, except omit colorimeter evaluation) No blistering, permanent stain,

10、 change of color or gloss. 3.5.3 Resistance to Acid Spotting (FLTM BI 113-02, except omit colorimeter evaluation) No blistering, permanent stain, change of color or gloss. 3.5.4 Gasoline Resistance (FLTM BO 101-05) There shall be no softening, dulling, color change, or permanent stain. In addition t

11、here shall be no lifting of film edges from the substrate. 3.5.5 Salt Spray Resistance (FLTM BI 103-01, 240 h) No blistering, permanent stain, change of color or gloss. 12、 LLC Page 3 of 3 3.5.6 Abrasion (FLTM BN 108-02, 500 cycles, CS-10 wheels, 500 g load) No evidence of loss of pattern or wear through is permitted in the abraded area. 3.5.7 Weathering Resistance After exposure in accordance with 3.5.7.1, 3.5.7.2 and 3.5.7.3, the material shall show no color change

13、in excess of specified AATCC rating (AATCC Gray Scale for Evaluating Change in Color, 10 step). There shall be no lifting of film edges from the substrate. In addition, there shall be no cracking, crazing, blistering, peeling or other deterioration. A slight loss of gloss or chalking will be allowed

14、 provided an acceptable appearance can be achieved by washing with mild detergents and water (ratio 5:95 by volume). 3.5.7.1 Xenon Arc Weatherometer Rating 4 (SAE J1960, 2000 kJ/m2 exposure) 3.5.7.2 24 months Florida Rating 4 (FLTM BI 160-01, 5 south direct weathering inland) 3.5.7.3 24 months Arizona Rating 4 (FLTM BI 160-01, 45 south direct weathering inland)
