SCOPE This specification defines performance requirements for finished non-decorative plastic parts consisting of one or various components and/or materials. 2. APPLICATION These parts are generally used for various non-de
、corative plastic parts used in the engine compartment or similar applications. 3. REQUIREMENTS General Definitions regarding Requirements and Test Methods Test requirements vary in respect of application and are defined by the methods as specified (see Table 1). Specified test requirements (test con
、ditions) are as specified on Engineering drawing for the finished part (see Table 1). Test according to para 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8 of Table 1 shall be carried out on the complete finished part or a representative section of the finished part containing all materials. Each material shall be eva
、luated separately. Requirements (from para 3.9 onwards) shall be tested separately for each material group (see Table 1). They shall be tested only if not already tested to individual material specification requirements as quoted on Engineering Drawing. 3.1 STATISTICAL PROCESS Suppliers must conform
、 to the requirements of Ford Quality System Standard Q-101. A mutually acceptable Control Plan as described therein is required for material/source approval. Appropriate statistical tools must be used to analyze process/product data so that variation in the final product is continuously reduced. ENG

、 other failures to an extent that would affect its use in the ultimate assembly. The finished part shall show no changes in appearance when compared with the original finished part. Test Methods: The specific test procedure of FLTM BQ 104-07 has to be selected according to the application and shown
、on Engineering Drawing. 3.8 RESISTANCE TO COLD IMPACT The finished part shall show no breaks, cracks or other failures. Test Methods: One of the following test conditions shall be defined according to application and shown on Engineering Drawing. 3.8.1 Condition A FLTM BO 151-01, Method B, except th
