SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are magnetizable and heat bondable deadener sheetings with an anti-blo
5、cking surface finish on one side. WSK-M99G140-C1 and WSK-M99G140-C3 consist of single layered, WSK-M99G140-C2 and WSK-M99G140-C4/C5/C6/C7 of double layered deadener sheetings, of which one layer is magnetizable. 2. APPLICATION Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualificat
6、ion of materials. These specifications were released originally for materials used as vibration deadeners in the passenger compartment to the inner sides of roof, door tail gate and side wall. WSK-M99G140-C1/C2 are applied in inverted, WSK-M99G140-C3/C4/C5 in vertical or horizontal position. WSK-M99
7、G140-C6/C7 are molded parts. Prior to use the material must be magnetized under actual production conditions. It is applied to baked electrocoat. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production

Test Method: - Cut 5 specimens of 100 x 100 mm from test material and determine weight and thickness per specim
16、en. - Ply up and cover with an aluminum plate of the same size. - Load with a dead weight equaling a plied up height of 600 mm minus the weight of 5 specimens and cover. - Expose test assembly in a convection oven maintained at 35 +/- 2 C for two weeks. Cool to 23 +/- 2 C, remove weight and cover pl

No loosening, sagging, cracking or blistering after
19、curing according 3.5. The material must not be peeled off from the substrate without being destroyed 3.7.2 Adhesion after Environmental Ageing (FLTM BV 151-02, Method B, clause 4 and 5, Load “A“ at 23 +/- 2 C) No chipping, shrinkage, blistering or loss of adhesion. Age test specimens during five cyc
20、les according FLTM BQ 104-07, Proc. 4 and condition 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C before testing. 3.7.3 Cold Adhesion after Heat Aging (FLTM BV 151-02, Method B, load “A“ at -25 +/- 2 C) No chipping or loss of adhesion.
