APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as hardener for two pack water based soft coating

3、 paint WSK-M15J11-A1. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M

4、99P1111-A). 3.4 COMPOSITION Mixture of Polyisocyanates in organic solvents. 3.5 NON-VOLATILE See Initial Sample +/- 2% (FLTM BI 102-01) min 80% 3.6 STORAGE STABILITY 90 days During a storage between 5 and 32 C the material shall not change properties. The aged material must meet all specification re

5、quirements. 3.7 MIXING RATIO Mixing ratio with 2K soft coating paint WSK-M15J11-A1 as specified by the supplier. 3.8 QUALITY The hardener must be adaptable for application in accordance with the appropriate Ford Motor Company Process Specification. The hardener must be compatible with the related topcoat material.
