2、SED N-STATUS WSS-M13P11-A1 POLYURETHANE RESIN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a dispersion of solid lubricants in a water-based polyurethane resin/solvent system, which can be adhered to a metal or plastic surface. This product is specifically designed to reduce squeaking or g
3、rating sounds that typically occur between sliding metal and plastic parts. The coating can be applied by a brush, dip, or spray process and then air dried or force dried with heat. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for a coating that could be used on various V-clip type fast
4、eners that are used to secure trim panels/bezels to the instrument panel assembly. The applied coating is then used to eliminate the stick-slip movements between metal/plastic pairings that produce noise. The lubricant coating is suitable for operating temperatures between 100 and +100 C. 3. REQUIRE
