REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. In

Results shall be made available to Materials Engineering prior to material approval and release. 3.13 ACOUSTICAL PERFORMANCE Acoustical performance of these materials must be evaluated and approved by the appropriate NVH Dev

They are not recommended for use in areas where ambient or operating temperatures exceed 90 C for continuous periods of time exceeding 96 hours. These materials are intended for use only in areas where there will not be any load bearing or compressive conditions.
