SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an NLGI Grade 1 - 2 lubricating grease consisting of refined mineral oils, lithium 12-hydroxystearate thickener an
3、d molybdenum disulfide added to give the desired characteristics of a long life lubricant. The grease shall be a homogeneous product, free from oil separation, abrasive fillers, and shall be noncorrosive to lubricated parts in service. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for gr
4、ease used for automotive components as a long life lubricant for constant velocity joints in an IRS application. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M
