APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior door panel fabric for use in the CD3xx, C346 and C344. 3.

3、 REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Mater

4、ials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 190 ends/10 cm Weft 190 picks/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +/- 10% tolerance (FLTM BN 106-01) 260 g/m2 3.3 COMPOSITION (ASTM D 629) Fabric 100% polyester 3.4 YARN CONSTRUCTION (ASTM D 1244) Warp 550

7、hipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier only. 4.2 In the case of specific laminates, shades, or processes, back coating of the fabric may be necessary to aid process or performance. This additional requirement will be technically and commercially assessed and specified on an individual case basis. 4.3 This fabric was introduced as a replacement for WSS-M1H1049-A Excelsior fabric to improve moir effect that was evident in lighter colours of Excelsior. 4.4 Fabric to be only used as a door insert fabric, not suitable for seating application.
