2、 UNLAMINATED 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a woven dobby polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1071-A2 contains 39% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn 2. APPLICATION WSS-M1H1071-A1 & WRS-M1H1071-A2 have been introduced as an interior trim fa

3、bric for use in the B299 MCA program 2013.5 MY, as a seat insert supplied as a tri-laminate. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Material

4、s with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content ) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WSS-M1H1071-A1. This specification is based on virgin materials. 3.1.2 WRS-M1H1071-A2. This specification must contain 39% recycled content

5、 as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.3 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10 % tolerance (ASTM D

9、nsure that the material defined in this specification and shipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier only. 4.2 If yarn is locally sourced it must meet the above fabric construction, composition and Yarn construction. The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4. 4.3 Global strategy for this fabric is to use tri-Laminate / foam & scrim construction in all regions.
