2、ON-WOVEN WSS-M1H1101-A2 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a needle punched non-woven fabric polyester microfiber, impregnated with micro-porous polyurethane. The suede face fabric is backcoated. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in black

3、 label trim applications. 2.1 LIMITATIONS Fade: Colors other than black will not meet the fade requirement over 977.6 kJ/m2 and are not recommended for usage on package trays, steering wheels, pillars, instrument panels or any other high sunload areas. Cleanability: Commercially available cleaners c

4、annot be used on this material. This material is not recommended for any high touch applications such as steering wheel. This material is not to be used for seating applications. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.3.1 Material suppliers and part producers must confo

5、rm to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3.2 Textile properties of the rolled goods shall meet all requirements in: WSS-M8P18-B1/B4. 3.3.3 Material must meet the applicable requirements as stated in the component level performance specifications, package

6、trays WSS-M15P6-E/latest, headliners WSS-M15P27-F/latest, wrapped parts WSS-M15P45-B/latest, edge bindings WSS-M8P24-A/latest, sun visors WSS-M98P3-B/latest, steering wheel WSS-M98P12-B/latest. Any other application must be evaluated per the SDS subsystem requirements. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1
