3、n polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1161-A2/A4 contains 26% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for C346 MCA MY15 seat insert and bolster. The fabric was origi

4、nally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as

5、 defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used whenever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WSS-M1H1161-A1/A3. This specification is based on virgin materials. 3.1.2 WSR-M1H1161-A2/A4. This specification must contain 26% recycled content as defined by WRS-M9

6、9P42-A2.The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.3 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/-10 % tolerance (ASTM D3775) Warp 330 / 10 cm
