2、1162-A1 UNLAMINATED FABRIC, FREEDOM PATTERN, DOBBY WOVEN, WSS-M1H1162-A3 UNLAMINATED. WITH ANTI SOILING COATING 1. SCOPE The material defined is a dobby woven polyester face fabric. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for C346 MCA MY

3、14 seat insert and bolster. The fabric was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS

4、M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 WSS-M1H1162-A1/3. This specification is based on virgin materials. 3.1.2 WSS-M1H1162-A3. This specification has an anti-soiling coating 3.1.3 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.2 FABRIC C

8、rchase departments will ensure that the material defined in this specification and shipped to any one assembly plant will be produced by one supplier only. 4.2 If yarn is locally sourced it must meet the above fabric construction, composition and yarn construction. The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4. Fabric must be reviewed by Design and approved to the original master 4.3 Global strategy for this fabric is to use tri-laminate/foam & scrim construction in all regions
