SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a dobby woven polyester face fabric. A2 version has an additional calendaring process t

3、o give softer hand product. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an interior trim fabric for CD132 model year 2003 5. Fabric developed using a Tri-Laminate construction with no back coating. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the

4、fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable for commercial vehicle application. Material specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must confo

5、rm to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.1 Fabric Count, +/- 10% tolerance (ASTM D 3775) Warp 270 ends/10 cm Weft 180 picks/10 cm 3.2.2 Fabric Weight, +/- 10% tolerance (FLTM BN 106-01) 315 g/m2 3.3 COMPOSITION (ASTM D629) Fabric
