2、RDNESS, INTERIOR 1. SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are colored and U.V. stabilized thermoplastic elastomers based on styrene block copolymers (TPS) with polydimethyl siloxane (PDMS) to reduce the coefficient of friction for interior use of nominal 15 sec Durometer A hardness of 45
3、 or 48, having good long term resistance to heat at temperatures up to 110 C. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for materials used for interior shift boots which are black or color keyed. The materials can be processed by conventional thermoplastics molding techniques such as
4、 injection molding, extrusion and blow-molding. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 DYNAMIC MECHANICAL ANALYSIS (ASTM D 4065) Ford Mo
