SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a laminate consisting of a top solid vinyl film, an expanded vinyl layer, a texturized polyester fabric, and coated with a non-chalking topcoat finish. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released or
3、iginally for material used in interior trim as a front seat side facing/seat back and as a covering for automotive seat cushions and backs for second/third row seat of Escape. Any other application requires new qualification 2.1 LIMITATIONS This specification categorizes lower weight vinyl. This mat
4、erial is NOT to be used for class A surfaces or outboard side facing due to reduced wear resistance. For seats, this material can only be used for seat backs, inboard side facings and head rests. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements
5、 of the WSB-M8P3-C, PERFORMANCE, FLEXIBLE POLYMERIC FILM, INTERIOR QUALITY material performance specification. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 AP
