SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a calendered polyvinyl chloride copolymer film laminated to a needle-punched non-woven textile. 2. APPPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used in interior tri

3、m as a covering for automotive seat side facings. This material is only recommended for use as a covering for the seat back and cushion side facings and other nonseating surfaces. It is to be used with french or deck seams and/ or welts in stressed seam applications. Plain join seams in stressed sea

4、m areas are not recommended because of visible needle hole elongation. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSB-M8P3-C, PERFORMANCE, FLEXIBLE POLYMERIC FILM, INTERIOR QUALITY material performance specification. 3.0 STANDARD R

5、EQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.4 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern and finish shall match the approved master sample, or shall be as specified on t
