2、AL 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a vinyl coated fabric material consisting of polyvinyl chloride coating laminated to a knit fabric. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released for materials used for steering wheel gap hider on the U502 program. Any other applications mus

3、t be approved by the responsible Materials Engineering or Design Engineering Activity. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements for Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 In addit

4、ion to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P3-E1/E2/E3 or latest, Performance, Flexible Polymeric Film, Interior Quality material performance specification. 3.1.2 Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99

5、P2222-C1/Latest, Performance, Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Material/Component Requirements. Data must be included in material submission package. 3.2 APPEARANCE 3.2.1 Color Matching with Artificial Light (FLTM BI 109-01, Visual Assessment) The color, pattern and finish shall match the approv

6、ed Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the Engineering Document. 3.2.2 Gloss As specified on the Engineering Drawing (FLTM BI 110-01) 3.3 COMPOSITION Face Material PVC Backing Polyester Knitted Fabric 3.4 TEST SPECIMENS Unless otherwise specified, all tests shall be carried out
