SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a laminate consisting of a vinyl film, an expanded vinyl layer, a texturized polyester fabric, and an
3、 enhanced soft touch topcoat finish. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally as a cover material for interior trim, seat side facings, seat backs, headrests, armrests, and/or wrapping application of hard plastic substrates for door inserts. Any other application must be evaluated a
4、nd approved by Design Engineer and Materials Engineer. This material was developed for Lincoln and high-end Ford vehicles and may be used in applications which require high flexibility and/or dye transfer resistance. 2.1 LIMITATIONS Not for use on any A surface seating areas. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addi
5、tion to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all appropriate requirements of the WSS-M8P3-E1/E2/E3/Latest Performance, Flexible Polymeric Film, Interior Quality specification and of any applicable SDS requirements. Laminated materials must meet the lamination requirement per WSS-
