SCOPE This specification defines the performance requirements for decorated parts in the instrument cluster, audio and climate control subsystems. 2. APPLICATION This specification
3、 was released originally for appliqus used in the instrument cluster. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3 INITIAL APPROVAL 3.3.1 Subs
4、trate ABS, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene or as specified on Engineering Drawing. Substrate must not contain any additives, or mold release agents which will adversely affect the in mold decorating process. 3.3.2 Ink Film Thickness Rate and report ink film thickness. 3.3.3 Aging Test panels or test sp
5、ecimens prepared for investigations according to this specification must be aged for at least 24 h at 23 +/- 2 C or 16 h at 45 +/- 1 C prior to testing. No annealing of test specimen allowed. 3.4 APPEARANCE Shall match master samples approved by Design Center of initial samples previously submitted
