2、ACE 1. SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are dilour, polyester, non-woven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. This carpet is a moldable solid color matched carpet. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released for a modified convertible package tray. 3. REQUI

3、REMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.3.1 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3.2 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet assembly (molded or otherwise

4、fabricated), shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M15P6-E. The details for each of the suppliers specific constructions shall be documented in the supplement attached and maintained at Ford with the construction approval package. 3.3.3 Materials used in the interior applications must meet the requ

5、irements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1 / Latest for Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirement. Test data must be provided by the supplier at the appropriate program milestone. 3.2 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from fi

6、nished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. Unless otherwise specified in the Performance Specification. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample. 3.4 COMPOSITION (ASTM D 629) Face Fibe
