Only the sources identified on the Ford Approved Source List (ASL) can be used when this specification is listed on the drawing, CAD file, or other documents. The
、list of approved sources is located within Ford at or available externally through a Ford Materials Engineer. 3.2 CONDITIONING AND TEST CONDITIONS All test values are based on material conditioned for not less than 24 h prior to testing in a controlled environment of 23 +/- 2 C and 50 +/- 5% relati
、ve humidity. Testing of the material should occur in the conditioning environment or soon after removal. 3.3 PERFORMANCE CRITERIA 3.3.1 In addition to the requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet shall be tested to WSS-M15P32-D and any additional SDS requirements. The details for each of the
、supplier specific constructions shall be documented in the supplement attached and uploaded into the scanned data package. 3.3.2 Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirements Materials used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P22
、22-D1/ latest. Data must be provided at the appropriate program milestone. 3.4 SAMPLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods (including substrate layers) prior to any subsequent operations, such as molding. 3.5 APPEARANCE The color, pattern, and
、 gloss shall match the approved Corporate Design master sample.
