SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are color pigmented, UV stabilized acetal homopolymers based on formaldehyde, with melt flow rates from 1.5 to 31 g/10 min

4、utes. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for materials used for interior functional automotive applications such as window regulator handle knob, etc. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to th

5、e Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 All requirements of this specification, identified by symbol(s), shall be met with data representing 3 sigma values. 3.4 MOLDING COMPOUND 3.4.1 Melt Flow Rate (ISO 1133, 190 C, 2.16 kg) WSK-M4D744-A2 11 - 17 g/10 minut

6、es WSS-M4D744-A3 19 - 31 g/10 minutes WSS-M4D744-A4 1.5 - 3.5 g/10 minutes 3.5 MOLDED TEST SPECIMEN 3.5.1 Preparation of Test Specimens Unless otherwise specified all tests shall be carried out on injection molded one-end gated test specimens. 18、ay Scale rating (AATCC Evaluation Procedure 1/ISO 105-A02). In addition, there shall be no cracking, crazing or other deterioration. A slight loss of gloss or chalking will be allowed provided an acceptable appearance can be achieved by washing with mild detergents and water (ratio 5:95 by volume),

19、or equivalent, after the Florida exposure. All initial approvals will be based on the preliminary weatherometer exposure, pending Florida exposure results for final approval. 3.8.1 Xenon Arc Weatherometer Rating 4 (SAE J1885, 600 kJ/m2 exposure minimum, specimen size: 150 x 100 mm minimum, 3.2 +/- 0
