The lacquer is unsaturated polyester A1, the accelerator cobalt, free of paraffin A2, the anti-foaming agent (defoamer) additive promoting ventilation A3, the h

3、ardener A4 and a color concentrate to tint or shade lacquers A5. A6 is a polyurethane lacquer used to provide a satin finish, the Polyurethane hardener is A8. A7 is a putty stopper for lacquer repair purposes. A9 is a polyester lacquer with increased viscosity to enable hot spray application. The la

4、cquer seals the veneer assembly and aids UV performance. 2. APPLICATION These specifications WSS-M4J213-A1 to A9 were released for materials used for wooden decorative automotive components. When in the fully assembled form the veneer assembly must comply with the Material specification requirem

6、ents as specified on the engineering drawing. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 MATERIAL PROPERTIES 3.2.1 Color Assembly to be as per Master sample
