SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a GEMSTONE pattern, needled non-woven polyester fabric with acrylic binder and it is two-tone printed. 2. APPLICATION This specificatio
3、n was released originally for material used as a cover material for headliners. Limitations This cover material must always be bonded 100 % to a substrate material to form a composite (localized or spotty adhesion is unacceptable) in order to meet flammability requirements. Any other application mus
4、t be approved by Materials Engineer 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, when the material is used in a unitized headliner assembly, or bonded to any substrate, shall also meet the requirements of WSS-M15P27-F, when tested as an assembly. Any other applications of this mate
5、rial would require prior approval of Materials Engineering. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and f
