2、TO BE USED FOR NEW DESIGN 1. SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a spacer knitted polyester fabric, 4 bars, 28 gauges. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally as a wind deflector material of U387 2007 panoramic roof. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requiremen

3、ts are to be used for initial qualification of materials. In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet the SDS requirements of panoramic moon roof as applicable. When used on the intended application, the material must be capable of performing satisfactory under all produc

4、tion and service conditions. Materials being evaluated for approval to this specification will be subjected to a production trial. Functional trial results must be approved by the affected assembly operation and Design Engineering. Results must be made available to Materials Engineering prior to mat

5、erial approval and release. 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match the approved C
