APPLICATION These specifications were released for materials requirements for rear package trays, door trim panel, instrument panel, headliner, quar
4、ter trim panel, seat-back panel, A-, B-, C-, and D-pillar molding, center console, scuff plate and inner tailgate cover. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Material
5、s (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1.1 All requirements of this specification, identified by symbol (s), shall be met with data representing 3 sigma values. 3.2 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, grain, gloss, and finish shall match the approved Design Center master sample, or shall be as specified on the en
6、gineering drawing. 3.3 SISAL PP BLANK PROPERTIES All performance test must be done on molded blank with nominal thickness of 3 mm attending at east the results specified bellow for each grammage (g/m2). Sag The assembly shall exhibit no more than 12 mm sagging in the unsupported areas 24 h after weights are removed. Test Method: Mount package tray in a production representative metal retainer buck.
13、 Place a 900 g weight with a contact area of 50 x 50 mm on the package tray at 3 unsupported positions. Place buck in an air circulating oven at 110 +/- 2 C for 7 days.
