7、 Bei der Bemusterung von Fertigteilen hat der Lieferant ein Werkspriifzeugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) iiber die Zeichnungsforderungen scwie die nach dieser Liefer- bedingung am Fertigteil priifbaren Werkstoffeigenschaften mitzuliefern. Die in dieser Lieferbedingung beschriebene Werkstoffqualitst darf nic

8、ht mit anderen Qualititen gemischt oder unter Zumischen von Regenerat des gleichen Werkstoffes zum Einsatz kcsmen. Ahweichungen von dieser Regelung miissen besonders erw&t werden. Teile aus dieser Werkstoffqualitit miissen bei der Anlieferung einen Wasserge- halt von mindestens 1Massenanteil in % au

Tests shall be carried out at a temperature of +23OC + 5 H and a relative humidity of (50 + 5)%. Samples of moulding compounds or finished parts shall be tested and approv

11、ed by Product Engineering DeparQnent prior to mencement of delivery of bulk supplies. When sampling tiding compounds prccessability on production machines shall be notal. With samples of tiding ccanpounds the supplier shall provide the test pieces necessary for the tests as well as a mlete manufactu

With samples of finished parts the supplier shall provide a manufacturers test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) showing ccqliance with the drawing requirements for the finished parts and material properties specified herein which can be test& on finished parts

13、 The material quality detailed in this specification shall not be mixed with other qualities or be used by admixture of regrind material of the same quality. Deviations from this requirement shall be specifically advised. Parts of this material quality must have a water content of at least 1 % by m
