、 SPRINGS PAGE: 1/6 ISSUED DATE: 1996. 04. 10 REVISED DATE: 2008. 05. 31 VERSION: 3 GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Note: This standard may be applied only for current project drawings generated by CATIA. It is Superceded for all future projects and replaced by Global Design Standards. 1. APPLICATION Thi
、s standard applies to drawing practices for the following springs used by GM DAEWOO Auto & Technology Company (hereinafter referred to as the “GMDAT“). 1.1. Compression coil spring (Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) 1.2. Extension coil spring (Fig. 7, 8, 9) 1.3. Torsion coil spring (Fig. 10, 11) 1.4. Leaf spring
、(Fig. 12, 13) 1.5. Volute spring (Fig. 14) 1.6. Spiral spring (Fig. 15) 1.7. Belleville spring (Fig. 16) 2. INDICATION METHOD 2.1. Coil springs, volute springs, spiral springs and Belleville springs shall be indicated in the no-load condition and leaf springs shall be indicated in the condition wher
、e leaves are laid in parallel in principle. When indicating dimensions in the loaded condition, however, the load shall be specified. 2.2. Displacement diagrams shall be indicated in straight lines in drawings unless problematic in practical terms. (Fig. 1) 2.3. When some portion of the same shape i
、s omitted except for the ends, the omitted portion shall be represented by a long chain line. (Fig. 3, 4, 8, 11) 2.4. When only types and shapes of springs are indicated, the center line of the spring part is drawn in a thick solid line. (Fig. 5, 9, 15) In case of leaf springs, the outline of the sp
、ring is represented by a solid line. (Fig. 13) In the assembly and explanatory drawings, however, only the section of the coil spring may be drawn. (Fig. 6) (Note) Attached drawings in this standard are only examples. Dimensions, loads and tolerances shall be entered upon necessity. 3. SPECIFICATION
