SCOPE This specification defines general requirements for raw materials of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer applied to interior and exterior parts of a vehicle. 2. 3、d of synthetic resin materials for vehicles. (Spec. No: GMW3116) 3. APPLICATION 3.1. Group 1: Raw materials of high melt flow injection mold which have excellent dimensional stability and molding ability. 3.2. Group 2: Heat resistance raw materials having excellent dimensional stability and molding
4、ability 3.3. Group 3: Raw materials of high melt flow injection mold which have excellent dimensional stability, molding ability and especially chemical resistance. Notice to Use Parts which were molded using this specification material can be damaged as contacted by foam, rubber, seal, PVC products
5、 with plasticizer such as DOP, DOA, etc., because contacted parts can be chemically cracked by plasticizers migration. So the use of product must be avoided in case of contact. But, if the contact is necessary, surface treatment methods such as painting with clear coat, coated gold, etc must be used

TEST PIECE AND TEST 5.1. Test piece Test pieces shall be prepared with injection molding. Unless otherwise specified in the
11、requirements of clause 4, they shall be conditioned at 235K and a relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours or more. 5.2. Test Tests shall be performed at 235K and a relative humidity of 50%.
